many occasions, playing a leading role, particularly in the field of major regeneration projects.
These alliances provide direct access to ikon's services via national framework agreements and
facilitate the full breadth of services from the UK’s major property consultants.
Mott MacDonald
Mott MacDonald use ikon as a supply chain partner for the Buying
Solutions framework for Project Management and Full Design Team
Services. Buying Solutions is the national procurement partner for UK
public services operated by the Public Procurement Service which is an
executive agency of the Cabinet Office. It is a framework of pre-tendered
services which is available to all public and third sector bodies which can
be called-off directly or via mini-competition within restricted timescales,
negating the need for OJEU tendering procedures.
Atkins
Atkins use ikon as a supply chain partners for the Homes & Communities
Agency framework for multi-disciplinary services. The panel offers
pre-tendered services to over 180 HCA partner organisations that include
Urban Regeneration Companies, Regional Development Agencies,
Local Authorities, Registered Providers and the Olympic Delivery
Authority, DCLG, BIS and the Cabinet Office.
Gerald Eve
Gerald Eve work with ikon as a partner. Together, we have been
appointed to the prestigious Olympic Park Legacy Company, Real
Estate Advisory Panel, and the Homes and Communities Agency Property
Panel, providing property related advice to the HCA and a range of local
authorities.
Watts
Watts Group continues to operate a close working relationship with
ikon, enabling our complimentary services to be delivered through the
Watts network of UK offices. Watts range of services include building
management consultancy, acquisition and dilapidations surveys, building
pathology, CDM co-ordinator.
