Walsall Strategic Regeneration Framework is an ambitious regeneration programme spanning three areas of Walsall; Goscote, Moxely and Brownhills. The regeneration partners comprise Walsall Housing Group, Walsall Council and the Homes and Communities Agency. The partners are working together to achieve the delivery of successful mixed tenure, mixed income communities with a wide range of community benefits that will support a high quality sustainable development. The partners are working to: deliver over 1500 homes for affordable and market sale; deliver excellent environmental standards; develop effective procurement techniques to deliver value and quality; and secure a long run funding stream where partners can share longer term value created.

ikon Consultancy’s role is to work with the client to provide strategic development expertise and day to day resources to deliver the necessary range of pre-development services including project management. Ikon is also leading on the financial modeling associated with the potential establishment of a Joint Venture Partnership and in financially appraising schemes for the client.

ikon’s role is to advise on a suitable delivery vehicle, to commission key consultancy services, and to ensure that necessary due diligence is conducted on the initial development phases to secure planning and necessary funding.
