Tabard Square comprises 567 residential units arranged into a number of blocks, with 212 affordable units. The Watts Group was commissioned byEnglish Partnerships to undertake a due diligence survey of the building and conduct ongoing monitoring as part of the provision of Gap Funding.

The Watts Group provided a due diligence assessment of the building in advance of the provision of Gap Funding, leading to the provision of project monitoring services. The project will be taken forward by ikon.
