ikon was commisioned to undertake the unique refurbishment of a Grade II* listed building under the watchful eye of English Partnerships. ikon developed 92 Harley Street into three individual luxury appartments with open plan living space. The appartments were provided to a high specification and contemporary finish, to compliment the retained period features. The property was refurbished to a bespoke set of requirements to accomodate a high-end private medical consultancy consortium with state-of-the-art facilities.
The client appointed ikon to provide sound strategic advice on all aspects of the development, in particular the programme and valuation components of the scheme, to ensure a well protected and
secure investment.
The role developed during the course of the project to a much wider reaching brief including trouble shooting and quality control.
