ikon have been involved in a number of pre-audit compliance checks. This is to ensure full compliance on grant funded schemes, in preparation for the yearly audit carried out by the Homes and Communities Agency (HCA). All Registered Social Landlords (RSLs) are required to provide evidence to demonstrate compliance with HCA funding conditions. ikon provide valuable resource and added value to clients by carrying out compliance checks and working with clients to identify and meet information gaps. ikon have a 100% success rate in assisting clients to achieve compliance.
