The refurbishment of existing office space in the heart of the West End to provide 836 sq m of high specification open plan office space over five levels, plus two mezzanine floors. This included full new mechanical and electrical service installations and refurbishment of existing lift and central plant, along with a full external clean and fabric repairs to grade II listed building.
ikon’s brief was to provide high quality space with fully flexible raised access floor systems and air conditioning installations and to accommodate lettings on a multi-tenant basis.
As part of the project, ikon was also commissioned to project manage the full external cleaning and fabric repairs of the client's (PPG) own London office at Waterloo Place. |
