Amanda joined ikon in February 2008 following extensive experience at English Partnerships (now the HCA) in the London and Thames Gateway and Central Policy teams. Amanda was a senior member of the team delivering the London Wide (Key Worker Housing) Initiative. This involved completing a £100 million land acquisition programme and delivering over 5,000 new homes across London, using Modern Methods of Construction, as well as new and innovative forms of tenure.

Amanda is working on a range of major regeneration programmes, for example, developing the business case for LHCs for several major local authority clients, leading our work on appraising Community land Trusts and leading a significant regeneration project in South East London for a housing association client.
