Established in 2005, ikon offers specialist housing and regeneration advice to the property industry, backed by the significant success, resources and technical expertise of the Watts Group of companies.

Since establishment ikon has rapidly built a client list that includes some of the industry’s largest, most capable and influential organisations. Our work has led to selection as an advisor to the Homes and Communities Agency (HCA) and many valued and significant local authority, and major housing association and developer clients.
